That is why Whim Boutique launched this group treadmill class – a workout for walkers, and runners. Those who are experienced and those who are just starting out! Treadmill workouts are great for weight loss, eliminating stress and improving heart health. You’ll do various movements over different inclines, from low to moderate intensity. It’s a perfect beginner class or a great warm-up for the more experienced.
