  • Please ensure you have completed a medical questionnaire before you initial a training program. We advise all members to consult with their doctor before starting a new exercise regime.
  • Please attend a per-exercise appointment and have an exercise program designed to ensure your time in the gym is spent safely and effectively.
  • Please ensure you are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear. It is recommended wear suitable trainers. If in doubt check with an instructor. No tank tops.
  • Mobile phones are permitted, but please hold long conversations outside the gym training area. If you don’t intend to answer your phone-please turn it off.
  • Please remove plates from the plate-loaded equipment and return to the weight trees after us.
  • Please dismount between sets to allow others to use the equipment while you’re resting.
  • lease ask for assistance or a demonstration before attempting to use any unfamiliar piece of equipment.
  • Please do not bring food into the gym training area.
  • If at any phase during your training you feel unwell; stop exercising immediately and ask for assistance from gym personnel.
  • Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the gym.16 year old may use the gym training area accompanied with an adult under his/her own risk. The gym has no liability for any physical injuries.
