Our Group Exercise Studio Etiquette guidelines are designed so that all members experience a successful, safe & enjoyable workout.
- Consult a physician before starting any form of exercise.
- Group Exercise is a group activity; we request that you follow the Instructor’s routine.
- Please be on time. Entering a class in progress is not recommended, for your own safety.
- WE kindly ask cyclists to arrive 5 minutes earlier for set up instruction.
- Be considerate of others. Respect one another’s space.
- Restrict the use of cell phones during sessions.
- Appropriate exercise attire must be worn.
- The use of towel is a must.
- Gym bags are not permitted in the studio.
- Remember personal hygiene and refrain from wearing strong perfume/cologne.
- Return all equipment to their designated area after using
- (Steps, Weights, Matts, Bikes etc…).
- Try not to step wearing your footwear on the Matts for your own sake.
