Our Group Exercise Studio Etiquette guidelines are designed so that all members experience a successful, safe & enjoyable workout.

  • Consult a physician before starting any form of exercise.
  • Group Exercise is a group activity; we request that you follow the Instructor’s routine.
  • Please be on time. Entering a class in progress is not recommended, for your own safety.
  • WE kindly ask cyclists to arrive 5 minutes earlier for set up instruction.
  • Be considerate of others. Respect one another’s space.
  • Restrict the use of cell phones during sessions.
  • Appropriate exercise attire must be worn.
  • The use of towel is a must.
  • Gym bags are not permitted in the studio.
  • Remember personal hygiene and refrain from wearing strong perfume/cologne.
  • Return all equipment to their designated area after using
  • (Steps, Weights, Matts, Bikes etc…).
  • Try not to step wearing your footwear on the Matts for your own sake.
