Very Berry Protein Smoothie

The perfect blend of protein, potassium, and calcium

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 cup milk (can also use soy or almond)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¾ cup fresh berries (your choice of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries)

Instructions

Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Calling all peanut butter lovers, this one’s for you

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Crushed peanuts as a topping (optional)

Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth

Avocado Peach Smoothie

Creamy avocado, peach, and banana make a sweet and healthy smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 ripe peach
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (can be used as a garnish or in the smoothie)

Instructions

Mix ingredients in a blender. This smoothie will be slightly thick and can be eaten as a smoothie bowl.
