Very Berry Protein Smoothie
The perfect blend of protein, potassium, and calcium

Ingredients
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 cup milk (can also use soy or almond)
- 1 ripe banana
- ¾ cup fresh berries (your choice of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries)

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Crushed peanuts as a topping (optional)

Avocado Peach Smoothie
Creamy avocado, peach, and banana make a sweet and healthy smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 ripe peach
- ½ banana
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds (can be used as a garnish or in the smoothie)
