Our Abs classes are all about developing and strengthening your stomach area. We will help flatten, tone and develop your abdominal muscles. The class is always varied so its different and exciting each week. All exercises have adaptations and alternatives so if you can’t quite do a particular exercise its easily adapted.
WhimGym’s ABS program includes exercises for strength, agility and core power as well as lower back stretching. You will even perform better when doing other power lifts and moves in the gym.
